Why is it that good people are 'let go'? Very discouraging to see this. I glad to still be here but it is discouraging to see good people get let go or laid off. Makes you wonder where management's rationale is coming from. From what I hear there is still more to come between now and the end of the year. The lucky ones will get a package...the not so lucky ones will be let go for one reason or another.

It's who ever can blow the hardest ! Determines Whoever stays . They used to be a good company . Right now I think if they offered a voluntary they're would be alot of people running for door!!
