SLB is a much bigger better ball player in this industry. SLB is the major league players while NOV is the minor.

Why would SLB buy NOV when they are buying Cameron? And if for some reason they did want to buy NOV, the deal would never go through!
If SLB doesn't buy NOV, GE will! SLB has plenty of cash to buy out both GE and NOV. NOV is struggling right now.
With what money? They might be buying the slag SLB sheds from the Cameron buyout. Rumor is their V&M will be sold.
