Larry's love child, don't be misleading. "You will be doing it this way!!!" ??? lol That ain't no different than what NOV management says and does. The difference is NOV management is incompetent, unqualified, lacking in leadership compared to GE. NOV management fires their people if you aren't one of their puppets, followers, worshiper, gopher, suck up. It has nothing to do with your performance, your skills, experience or how qualified you are. In fact, the less intelligence you show, inexperienced you are and show no leadership the better chance you have in keeping your job. GE fires you if you are under performing and incompetent. Now that makes more sense.

lol, you think things are bad now. GE is a cookie cutter. "You will be do it this way!!!" NOV current mgt is a cakewalk compared to that team.
Plus they fire 10% of the workforce every year, bottom low performers, and bring more talent.
GE would be sweet!
Organizations close plants because business/backlog is down and/or to remove cost, it has nothing to do with stock price.
The real question out there should be, is NOV for sale? All of this plant closure and cost containment smells like a push to make profits look better and more attractive to a acquisition suitor out there. All of the signs are there including freezing the stock purchase from the employees. Now is when NOV should be purchasing stock with their cash not putting lipstick on an ugly pig.
GE, Siemens, hello anyone, Bueller?!?!?
