Thread regarding ACE-Chubb (Chubb Corp.) layoffs

What’s up with all the meetings here at Chubb – seriously, we have non-stop meeting, it’s totally irrelevant sometimes, like Underwriters attending meetings that do not have anything to do with their territory. People love to meet here. If I have to work, and have a ton of work let me work. Often I will attend a meeting that covers a thing that was covered over and over. I have a very long commute and I need to leave on time and sometimes meetings run over and it’s some stupid agenda item, etc. Also, they are super not cool about telecommuting, you need to be there in person, etc.
