Well said, ASAP. Your post is 100% correct. Ben needs to change his last name to Dover.
Fact is, few at RDS are interested in the performance of the assets, stock or company.
Example is CEO Ben considers his most difficult task over the past two years, not letting go thousands of people, not leading through this industry wide bust, not even eroding half of RDSA... No Ben's most difficult task and greatest effort has gone toward his personal need for recognition by those pushing a carbon tax. His obsession with "credibility" on climate change comes at the expense of those hoping to provide for there family.
Please give it up Ben, attend to the climate in your company and industry, no one should care what you think the price of carbon should be, and no one does. Leave it to Leo DC and the Hollywood experts, they don't have a company to manage but you DO! If that no longer interests you, LEAVE!
I think thats got to be the plan. how else can you retain your knowledge....Should those contractors accept the job offer? thats my question... are big oil companies the future? every kid in america knows the answer is no
