Thread regarding Safeway Inc. layoffs

There were more layoff last week at Safeway Corporate (Pleasanton). More likely this will not end. Layoff stream has been non stop for 2015. They keep it low flow so it does not make waves with the medias. Executives are looking at the cloud solution (SaaS) for everything and outsource to Manila to have a very lean IT before the IPO.
