Seems like quarterly RIFs will be the norm. It's sad because it used to be a good company, until AT&T bought DTV.

The next round of layoffs will be begin sometime next week at El Segundo and the LABC. Situation is hopeless.
Many CSr's for DTV got there notice AT&T wishes to atke over so there laying them off. Also many contractos in areas at&t uverse is located or not having contract renewed Uverse techs will be installing DTV now,
