Anglo is in a major transition process - there are many challenges ahead of us and people are concerned. The company is downsizing big time and will continue to do so in 2016 and beyond. This has been doing so for the past 3 years, the latest news reports say that we'll be cutting people and having redundancies for about five years. The mining Industry in South Africa, in general, is in a very poor condition, and as prices are depressed things are not good for workers.
