This company needs new CEO. Why is Modany still here? He resigned last year, and his current extension runs out end of this month. Lay this a__hole off! He is so toxic that he refuses to answer questions from investors even. That is, he will only answer selected questions, from letters submitted to him in advance! Maybe a new CEO will be worse. And we can guess Modany's severance package will be sickening -- millions of dollars of tuition funneled into his pockets.
