Wave 3 of the layoffs hit on Nov 19th 2015 - This affected around 150 people in operations, customer service & logistics and procurement. Bernardo also has stated that there will be no voluntary severance program. Now you go figure how 2016 will be - things are not getting better and now I hear that we'll be having cuts in Q1 2016, it's just a rumor but I thin it'll happen

Give yourself a voluntary severance package. go get a better job for more money with less worrying about the future.
Plant closures or layoffs are not the end of the world. Make a list of ten positive things about yourself/work ethics, pump
yourself up, go out and do it. Spend zero time/energy worrying about something you have no control over. A few months from
now you may find yourself in a much better position. Then this will be a distant and fading memory.
