Looks like I'll have to dump some more knob polishers in 2016 Q1 to keep the stock price up. Can't lose any money on those stock grants. Race cars ain't cheap!

Plans are already in the works to outsource and/or co-source several shared service environments (payroll, tax, audit, and accounting) to further rationalize overhead costs to the "lower-for-even-longer" commodity environment. The announcement will attempt to satisfy the analysts clamoring for offsets to the substantial write-offs in reserves in the 4Q15 / full year results.

Looks like the whole "fingers crossed" strategy as set forth by executive management is working out well. New for Q1 2016: fuzzy MRO-emblazoned rabbits feet to all remaining grunts. I saw Rance Lobertson chanting and playing with chicken bones in the lobby...is that a bad sign?
