This sounds ridiculous, at the least! With oil prices so low, Devon and its people will need to get used to the new normal. Get out of fancy thinking and stick to basics.
My last review (early 2015) was a good review and nothing negative in it. I was told to keep up the good work. Mid year review this year, again, nothing negative and told to keep up the good work. Was terminated recently and told it was performance related with no details given. SURPRISE!
Had mine. It was different than last year. Leadership is definitely scrutinizing goals a lot harder than years past. Team morale was through the floor afterwards. Scary thing is that it isn't consistent across the company. Seems like some groups are being scrutinized heavily while others are not....just depends on the manager. No mention of bonuses/raises yet.
They don't even tell you your raise and bonus at PA time anymore since they moved the actual date of said raise and bonus back to Feb. nice try troll.
Yep - good review, No bonus no raise, just a 3% cut.
