I pray that they somehow, at some point, get to feel what it is like to have your livelihood taken out from under them by some idiots reading Business books and looking at spreadsheets. People who don't look at others as human beings, only as numbers. Walked out the door by security after devoting huge portions of their lives to the company.
I hope that they get to feel what that feels like.
