Now people have either drunk the kool-aid, found other employment, or don't care. CCi was a miserable place to work and Dave Hawn hasn't made it any better. The future of for-profit career education is very, very bleak. So what's wrong with working for Zenith while looking for another job?

There is no difference between CCi and Zenith. Same style of student, same concern over attrition, same stupid training, same everything. What's the difference between for profit career schools and non-profit career schools? The only thing I see is now students can use title IV funding for 100% of their tuition.
Still is a miserable place to work. You get no feedback from bosses as they are just about taking care of themselves. You never know when a quarter will be the last quarter you teach. The AD's are mostly idiots that live in a fantasy land and expect you to live there too. Teaching as a real college professor is not even considered seriously. The main focus now is to constantly have the instructors attend seminars on line, web casts, etc to ad Nausea. They are trying to make it look like they care about education. The extreme bleeding hearts have taken over Everest, and we will continue down the path of destruction. That's what happened 10 years ago and look where it led us.
