The stock is in the tank, and there are still people, managers doing the manager thing and traveling around spending the money like there was no tomorrow. If Staples tries to fight the ruling, there will be a lot of money being spent on fighting the ruling. This will hurt the company a lot, and the stock will suffer. Just let it go Ron, let go associates while you are at it, more is going to be lost with the purchase being halted.
