Please get rid of Accenture and all their spin off companies. They are awful!
*Corrected - Things are the worst ever for employees in IT. IT is a step child and Devon Leadership has no respect for IT. Here's a clue Devon Management; if you don't like your internal IT then change the leadership. Do something; the way it is now doesn't work and is expensive. Paying travel and consultants to run IT is inefficient and costly. Invest in some employees and get rid of the consultants. Consultants are bottom feeders and the worst of these are Accenture. You also have the overhead of supply chain and managing invoices. A $200 hr resource cost $400 with internal overhead, plus Devon looses all of the knowledge when they leave.
