MSO is fully of non technical time pass guys as managers who use bullying and threats to get work done.

Every senior guy who is found to be useless(no development testing and domain knowledge in BU ) is transferred to MSO as managers who cant move an inch without leads support. HR let supportive hand in bullying and threatening leads. Any time u look at tapri tea shop in pune u will see MSO managers loitering and gossiping.

All value adds, lean and cost reduction are eye wash and manipulated data to fool the management

Syntel is a hindu chor company...all employees don't get hikes...only some do ..Hike % varies.. A developer may get 10% & a tester may get 5%...BE/BTECH are grossly under paid in Syntel & the IT industry...SHAME ON SYNTEL FOR spreading poverty & unemployment. Among IT Engineers.

DMs are unable to set expectation for PM's. DM gets into PM role and controls ground level people directly . with unclear SOW terms and SLA PM cant be blamed

SYNTEL is junk company now !!! Delivery folks have no value and they are treated like slaves .. There are 2 many managers and they consider team as their slaves .. no ethics - no professional attitude. This is coming from leadership too - who is just looking at stock price and not correct business model.
