I thought each manager was supposed to discuss the results of the Insight Survey with his team? Didn't happen here. Has anybody had an open discussion about the results?

It's empty and not actionable - they use survey whenever it works for them, if they do not like an element or two, they just ignore it
No the managers have never had to discuss the results. A lot do to try and help boost moral but it is a log of propaganda. Especially if the results are still using the scoring they did years ago. Years ago if you picked neutral or don't care or doesn't apply it was counted as a positive response. I left on my own accord and found out there is much greener pastures on the other side of the fence. :)
