Do not worry, we'll have a great 2016 without layoffs

All indications are that there will be a huge uptick in demand and our product pipeline is as good as it can be. So, just be patient for now.

You are correct WARN. Notices in Jan, exits will occur in March. Same size reduction as November weighed more heavily toward San Diego.this time.

@ hcq: If they are laying off that many they need to give at least a 60-day Notice under the WARN Act. Unless they are cranking up one hell of a PIP program ... but even then, they could be forced to comply with WARN Act if they lay off a high enough number in a short period. If they start now, they might be able to cut that many in February--but even then, they would have a problem because they have deadlines to meet. And no real talent left.
