Likely they would have sent all properties (not just conventional) over to CNQ last year but word was OKC wasn't onboard with such a large hit to reserves. One would have to think though that as the Eagleford can book and promote more and more light oil barrels that the "value" of retaining the heavy Canadian barrels becomes less and less.
Can't say what but there will be some divestiture soon along with the layoffs. Show value and save as much money as you can.
Devon should divest Canada. It will be a long time before that division makes money. Why do you need all the investment there?
