When so many employees are rolled off but the HR still keeps high paid contractors in IT, amusing? Many of the contractors are paid $150 /hr, whether Cameron employees are incompetent?

Sorry "@EJ4pgZ7-5isj" but Cameron IT affairs precarious and Uncertain for sure. On Wednesday I had a chance to talk to one of the SLB member in CCD and he said this Cameron IT is the Very WORST that he had seen and managed in the last 2 decades.
I quit 6 weeks ago because my manager showed more leverage to contractors and unfortunately I am an employee , so I have been treated as third rated person in the company. During my exit criteria, I presented all the facts to Sid and VP HR. Until these useless managers are there no one can rescue IT.
Please send the details to your respective Directors & HR and they/we will address them immediately. Expect a first cut on contractors in 2nd or 3rd week of this month.
Have you guys heard the phrase "Hand and Glove" that's the same for "Supervisor and Consultant" ( Pen** and Condom). As others mentioned please move on out of CCD & Travelers and save your base ass
Few more L3s and L4s are ready to go in the next couple of weeks. Guys as a former employee I request you to get out of that shIT ( Cameron IT means Shit ), yes it's all contractor based and family based placements
Contractors are street smart, they share 10% of their hourly rate with their managers, 5 % with HR.... Contractors able to complete their weekly work in 30 hours and bill 45 hours, stupid employees work round the clock deliver nothing.....You stay or leave, market is wide open for you
