Apparently there are some compensation changes about to occur. Anybody have an idea?

My "evidence" is from my management saying that our VP will be discussing compensation changes. Stop being a disgrunted @$$hat

Please tell me they are not doing this again. They are trying to force those of us who have been hanging on hoping things will get better to leave. What are the specifics that you heard? I emotionally cannot deal with this anymore. I am afraid to sign on on Monday mornings for fear of a layoff email. Now they are going to f--- with our compensation again.....it is just too unreal and so very sad!!! You would think a services company would value it's employees since we are the ones who provide the services, but I guess it is much more important for the executives to continue to rake in millions than for the average joe to be able to support their family while doing an honest days work.
I heard some rumbling about this as well. I can tell you that Meg is not going to be taking any pay cuts for sure
