In order to save the company I had to destroy it. Sounds like Bush proclaiming he saved the free markets by bailing it out
Split isn't going to happen. Jana realizes that in the current business reality, that the entire company is depressed and they won't get enough money if it is broken up. The slump actually saved the company (to maintain a combined company).
