The word from Leeds is seems to be a lot of uncertainty amongst the employees. Managers over there need to get their act right and communicate properly to the staff to provide some comfort, atleast for the upcoming festive season. Otherwise, considering the improving jobs market in the UK, most of the experienced employees would be gone soon. Someone Just need to check the headcount for Leeds and compare the staff to managers ratio for 2015 and the last couple of years and truth will be out there. Course managers wont like that ratio, would they.
If it provides any comfort, Heard the redundancy packages offered in the UK are decent so hang in there buds and wait for the payout. ;) plus heard the job market over there is booming too. If you know your stuff, soon you will find something and surely any place will be better than what this place is right now. :) At least you lucky not to be over here, turnup one morning and guess what, take the 3 weeks pay cheque on the door step and Astalavista baby....LOL
