What are all these CI guys doing? Most of them were working out at Tinkler AFB before Devon. Why did Devon hire so many government employees? Was this a good idea?

Quit modeling after CHK!!! Horrible management team that modeled & changed our entire dept in 2012 to mimic their procedures & now they are changing it back. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, YOUNG inexperienced managers. Becoming a supervisor has been based on who you know, not what you know since 2012.
These are all the outcomes of sloppy management trying to build their own empires .. Those leaders should be removed ASAP!!
They never added value, only slowed down the system
Agree wit last poster. Maybe the PM group and CO guys were adding value at $90 oil, but their swelling ranks are cost Dvn big-time these days!
The CI team will not prove out. That whole CI and PM team should be fired. A bunch of mindless process pushers.
