Thread regarding Syntel Inc. layoffs

SYNTEL begging laid off employees to join back - who are NOT joining

SO bad is the situation @ SYNTEL that the recruitement and HR is reaching out to the same laid off employees just 4 / 5 months back with no respect to join back. The attrition in SYNTEL is breaking all attrition records - which is forcing SYNTEL GRC (global recruitement cell) to hire people with no experience - at senior position. Laid off employees who were approached back with double salaries / perks are still not joining back as they have gone through the worst treatment which can be compared to barbaric days of slave fighting in arena for royal's entertainment.

Everyone - PLEASE SHARE THE WORD AROUND THIS AND ASK YOUR NEAR AND DEAR ONES NOT TO JOIN SYNTEL. YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM AS EMPLOYER - WHERE THEY LOOK AT YOU AS SLAVE. USE YOU AND THEN THROW YOU AWAY.

IT industry pays lowest salary to BE/BTECH Engineers with no job security. You can be fired in 90 seconds.. These ..Hindu Chors are stealing all your money ..Beware of these slumdogs..

Single digit hikes & forced termination. Has becoma a norm for BE/BTECH Engineers at Syntel..Never join this slum culture company.

Layoffs will happen in Q1 - 2016. Currently people are getting harassed due to 90 day mandatory notice period policy - which is completely 1 sided. WHY they will fire employees at the same - force people for 90 days who have resigned and have no work in office.

looks to be deliberately floated rumour, no one iscalled back, more firing expected in senior level (lead manager sr mgmr, ) and sr ap3 who are 8-10 years into same company and drawing salary more than 7 lakh.

Yes. Don't join this un-ethical company. Even AMEX CLIENT Partner resigned, but he has been asked to be here till Q4 ending. Every1 is moving out. Please spread the word - this company is using employees like slave. This is not the company for which you will like to spend your ideas, hours & efforts .. They don't care about you ..

Never join still if you don't get another job it is better to be job less for some days rather than joining Syntel
