Any rumors on unfreezing raise and promotions, or do they still not care about all the quality people that are leaving the company?

Raises are you serious?!? SG just posted a loss of $678 mill for last quarter. I'd be more worried about keeping your job, well if you want to keep it at this point.
CEO recently said that the planning for layoffs were done
Not that the layoffs were done mate, just the planning of layoffs were done and "in the plan"
So I assume that means another layoff later this year.
They are hiring, but for entry-level positions.
The well paid veterans at the company better watch out in November if they haven't quit by then.
I heard that some raises were put into 2016 budget, haven't heard anything on promotions. Do you think there will be another layoff before the end of the year?
They will never care about people, we are just numbers mate
