I think its a high time to pursue career in sectors other than IT (despite of Qualification).
For how long a person can constantly remain and perform under constant pressure.
Especially, freshers ,junior level can definitely shift careers other than IT .
Top level as well as mid level management should realise the importance of employee relations, coz they treat us simply like use and throw white collared labours
