I decided to take an early retirement last year due to a lack of work and the management is not the same as it used to be before - I feel that people who worked at Hewlett Packard for a very long time (just like like me) are fed up and really do not need all headaches that we often encounter in this line of business. Now I feel free and relaxed - no more pressure.

Good luck man, it's not fun nowdays but the company still have really good workers, a lot of talent, I hope all will turn out to be good. I joined about 4 months ago and I really like it so far.
