Why waste the travel money when all they do is sit in an empty office, not interacting with staff , and stay on calls the whole time. Mileage , hotel expense , spending monies , food stipend , ......... all old school way of doing business. Zenith is doomed

Nope, its run by a few liberal bleeding heart females ( its why we got that weird heart training) that don't really know what they are doing and just nag constantly for a lack of any real assistance. They got rid of the good PL, PD and asst Deans and kept this group for unknown reasons.

You do know Zenith only wanted to buy 10-12 schools right? DOE made them a deal to buy more and do a slow teach-out to lower buybacks and public out-rage. Why spend millions re-branding schools that you are not keeping? You re-brand after you let the other schools go. You don't spend time and money investing in a school you are not keeping. Several schools have seen vast improvements in marketing and funding to increase their population. New programs being created and a surge of new energy. If this is not happening on your campus, then I would have to believe you are a school they do not wish to keep.

Everyone has been lied to from the beginning. ECMC has no interest in running colleges. From the beginning, they cut a deal with the DOE to make the DOE look good and eventually profit ECMC with collecting all the student loan debt. If you doubt me, look at what they have been doing. All you "just do your job and everything will work out fine" employees have your head and brain where the sun doesn't shine. ECMC is not the least bit interested in making anything of Zenith except a distant memory.
