Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Reactive not proactive

Our CP is so overwhelmed ........ They can only react. No proactive skills at all, except making sure there is coffee and chain smoking in the non smoking area. Horrible leader. And the RVP's are in place due to the peter principle.......... doomed

All anyone cares about is their own paycheck. Every person is concerned about their own survival because the entire company is crumbling down. Zenith is out of ideas on how to turn this around. They're out of cash and things have only deteriorated further with no signs of improvement. Everything they've tried has backfired. One step forward and two steps back.

Great observation! The new bare-minimum staffing levels have scraped away the last cover that many ineffective campus presidents could hide behind. No longer can they sit sheltered in their offices while their subordinates are left to do all the work. It also reflects on the RVPs, too because it is quite apparent than few, if any, know how to right the ship!

You are being so hard on your presidents! They are just as human as anyone else. Why should they care about their employees? They rather lose all of us than lose their job. Just being human! As far as caring, why should they care? Their job is safe, the money comes in every two weeks, no accountability, no worries. It so nice to be a president with Zenith!

I am not sure what school you are coming from. The issues you described are the same all over. CP's are overwhelmed and they are not sure what they are doing. Survival is the name the game. All they care is their own pocket. Good luck.
