Making room for OD managers...GM, AM and DM.....a number of GMs have left or fired lately....know of 3 DMs gone in a short span....We have a HR person in place for past 18-24 months that only deals with manager issues...if you have an associate issue you have to contact home office.....keep coming up with new tracking to make their case....Yes/No store....Bottom 100 store....not passing LP audit....if long term associate or high paid, watch your back....funny thing is that DM's and above think they are safe,,,what happens when you fill stores with low paid rookies...who's held accountable then???

Bitchin*'s fine, but what you really should be doing is this - WRITE YOUR CONGRESSPERSON - tell 'em that the "top dogs'" salaries should be slashed to save the "peons'" jobs. Glad to know it is not just my paranoia kicking in and it is a real effort to bounce higher paid people. Document everything - you will need it in court when they try to deny unemployment.
