Please leave politics out of this. I don't care if it's the Democrats fault or the Republicans can save us. No current or future government is going to enforce a quick solution to this layoffs issue and even if they do, they'll save the CEOs and higher ups anyway.

Please just post updates and news instead. At least that will help us.

This is a Mickey Mouse company....seriously?33K jobs! seems to me like management doesn't know what they are doing, they make mistakes and average Joe has to pay for their incompetence? this is madness and no one is saying anything about it......i would never work for this company.......

I agree with No Panic. The US economy is in the tank. Competition, government policies and corporate tax rates push companies to do what they need to do to survive. With fewer taxes and regulations it could become a juggernaut. The US has the highest corporate tax rate in the world. Bring in some true conservatives and get out of the way!
