In The Woodlands or Denver? I had heard the CEO said there would not be layoffs this year and they had the cash to cover expenses. I would be more worried about a buyout, but that speculation has been going on for years. I could see APC making an acquisition or two.
Just heard layoffs coming in November.
Someone I work with is going to claim long term disability for an illness that's totally made up. She is laughing about how i will have to pick up her slack. I think the most horrible person in the room just gets what they want.
Most of the people in my department are looking for things to do. The VPs are ignoring it. I still here about hiring transfers and relos and international transfers! Crazy idiots in the management ranks making these stupid financial decisions when the cash is running out! Someone needs to WAKE UP!
