Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Has any campus lost their CP?

Population is dropping tremendously so will the CP/DOE positions merge just like what happened to the DOA/DOSF.

Even with a lower salary the current CP's will be making way too much for their talent and knowledge.

Agree with 073. ACCSC requires an onsite Administrator (CP or Executive Director) and a DOE; however, I can't imagine they will continue to pay the salaries associated with the CPs since most campuses are becoming nothing more than training centers. Since they've combined the DOA and DOSF to become one (Enrollment Manager), that leaves the one Director who is necessary for accreditation outcomes; Education. They've taken the DOCS down to Managers and that leaves only one position that's a little lofty for the population; Campus President. If I had to guess, I'd say they'll probably do away with the CP title and allow any/all to apply to be an Executive Director at a lower salary. Just my guess.

Depends on your accreditation requirements. Must require academic dean/DOE and an onsite administrator. There's more of a likelihood that they would combine the Dean's or the president's job with the other directors remaining.

I can just imagine the Dallas CP doing his job and the Dean's job. Are you kidding? He can't do his own job ....
