Amazing growth, amazing... No layoffs yet, even though HP and IBM are imploding and having weekly layoffs. HP announced 30K job cuts today. IBM will axe 50K folks through next year. Accenture keeps hiring and while we have minimal layoffs the payroll keeps growing and more contracts are being signed on the outsourcing side. Things are good for now and the company is well managed. We have layoffs during downturns, Accenture is not immune to this but we always manage it better than any competitor. We'll continue going in the same direction for many years. Good luck to all and be proud that you are a part of such a great company.

Really? Which geo do you work at. Accenture is the most disgusting company I have worked for in my 12 years. It is like getting into shark infested waters. Backstabbing culture. Jerks will prosper. Sucks.
