My kid was fired for working (straightening) off the clock in his department for ten minutes one time only. First a five day suspencion...he came back 1/2 day just to be let go. No warning...the new store manager said he won't allow it...others had...but he now won't. FRY'S TREATED HIM SO UNFAIRLY ...still, so glad he doesn't have to stress out any more, deal with their unethical practices and be made to do manual labor in dress shoes. BTW Fry's ...he now makes 2x as much, benefits including 11 days of holiday, matching retirement, flexible, teambuilding and they tell him how great of an employee he is! We will be 'in' on Thanksgiving Day just to say hi to all the managers that were so merciless to him. Oh that's because he will have paid holliday for Thanksgiving and Black Friday! Call him Fry's HR...he has pictures to document everything! He is so much happier now but I AM SO NOT OVER IT!!
