If each notification meeting takes only 15 minutes , each HR person can only layoff 32 individuals per day maximum. How many HR personnel is needed to layoff about 3K in SD in two days?

A real meeting? Where my Dir. has to talk to me? Usually I'm lucky if I get an email. So, I figured he'd just email me a link to the materials from HR, and that would be the end of it.
HR isn't meeting with those that are being played off. Your direct Manager if available is breaking the news. HR is scheduling follow-up meetings, individually, if needed.
