There are those employees that see the end of Zenith coming somewhere down the road. And, there are others that want to keep working hard and make something of Zenith. Personally, I'm in the camp of seeing the end of Zenith. However, regardless of which camp you may consider yourself in - it really doesn't matter. Just because you see the end of Zenith, doesn't mean one should quit. Most of us have financial responsibilities so working for one company while looking for other employment has been done for years. It doesn't necessarily mean that the quality of our work will diminish or that we wish ill will on those that are left. I still have pride in my work. To those of you that want to keep working hard and make something of Zenith - more power to you!! I wish you well!! Just please recognize that our attitude came from the poor treatment by executive management - perceived or real. Most of us are using this site to vent our frustrations and trying to prepare for the worst. Nothing wrong with that. All of us "gotta do what we gotta do" regardless of "what" it is.

Zenith sucks. They inject this intelligent heart crap into the school as they were performings rounds of layoffs.
Hey 991, there are lots of employees that do as little as possible while looking. There are also lots of employees that do as little as possible even when they are not looking for other employment. Who cares?? Good luck in finding better, more worthwhile employment.
The end of Zenith is coming. Doing as little as possible while looking. This is a reflection of how we are treated by the company and RVPO's.
Your forgetting the third person - those who are trying to find another job an realize they have no real skill-set to get another position and are stuck at Zenith with being in a shitty job or no job at all. The end will come at some point with school closures and teach-outs.
