Already price went down in 4s ranch. Last month 3450 square feet house was listed for 880k and now reduced to 799k.
If you are up 150%, sell and go to silicon valley. Houses will probably go up much much higher than in San Diego.
No problem, I'm up 150% since I bought in so 10-20% dip is in the noise.
