According to strata spring did not get hit. Doubtful Canada did either

There are rough days ahead. It may come, but hang in there. Devon doesn't want to loose you, but it may have no choice. Stay focused. Either way stay or go you will survive and find work. It won't be the end of the world. The oil industry will be back and Devon will too.

Could turn a few of the floors into a day shelter. Might even pick up a gov't subsidy for the deal.
