Anyone else think the talent review board is just another way to come up with a list of employees to be cut.

When was the most recent Land review? Were all if the talent reviews done at the same time?
I'm not an Engineer or in Land and completed a talent review form which my manager presented before a review board. I know of another area that completed it as well. Hopefully they are for development purposes only.
No. That's only for engineering get and land. Has nothing to do with layoffs
They did a geo talent review this past Thursday. Have been doing engineering ones every 6 months for last year. Really it's more of a career dev thing
