You know, for years I have been seeing a shift in how contractors dealt with staff. They always claimed that we were the safe ones. And as we saw the fall of oil prices I started to see an increase in contractor tactics like hoarding information and backstabbing. These f***ers have slithered themselves into unique positons where it makes it virtually impossible to replace them. They have been surviving on the coat tails of staff for years. There is no way a contractor should be allowed to provide performance feedback for a staff employee!!! Its a conflict of intetest. But good for them. It's not them that I'm pissed at. It's Shell for allowing this culture to exist. And while they are cutting good loyal staff, the contractors are holding their balls with an evil smirk on their faces.

What do you expect? Life is a big game of "every man for himself". Shell is no different.
You sound like an angry person that just got laid off... Grow a set of balls and deal with it, maturely.
