There were more lay offs in August. I just heard that someone who was laid off committed suicide. He was someone very high up in management, 30 years with the company. So sad. This evil empire continues to destroy lives without thought...

I have been disgusted by Allscripts for quite awhile but, this news is truly sickening. This was a long-time employee and one of their biggest cheerleaders. He did his absolute best to project a positive image of Allscripts to clients. Unfortunately, that means nothing to Allscripts. I had more than one conversation with this employee and did my best to try to warn him that they would do to him just what they've done to everyone else. I wish to hell I'd been wrong. Speaking of hell, Paul Black - your day is coming.
Paul Black is a loser. He tracked his client visits the 1st year so he could say he actually did something on his private jet but he has let the company sink deeper into financial distress having to lay off people and has done nothing to improve Allscripts.
It sickens me that Paul black sent out an email to employees about Walter's passing ending it with "All the Best"

This is true, sadly. 30+ year director who got fired just a few weeks ago, in the latest round of stealth layoffs -- after the promises that there would be no more layoffs. The question now is whether they will try to screw his widow and family out of his pension, severance, etc. Knowing Allscripts - they probably will.... "corporate family" indeed. It's the freaking MANSON family...
