My last day is Friday. I got cut from Zenith. I loved my job for the first 5 months, but another instructor has made it miserable for me these last 4 months because of her drama and her lies and back stabbing your coworkers! Her time is coming!! See you on the other side b#$%&.

Hey 317, ask yourself who created the "behavior that destroys"? I saw the writing on the wall back in June, 2014 and started looking for another job. I found one just before the first round of RIFs. It is so good to work for a company that cares about their customers/students and their employees. A company that isn't reliant on employees like you to close their eyes to how they lie to both their customers/students and their employees. I don't think you will ever understand and when you are on the unemployment line with no severance from ZEG you will still blame those with the "behavior that destroys". It's always easier to blame others rather than yourself.
Let it sink, the leaders have no idea how to teach and the teachers are paper teachers, just keep saving the companies ass to keep the money coming in.
317, who cares what you think. You're just another kool-aid drinker that thinks King Dave gives a crap about the students and the employees. News flash, you are part of the scam and will be gone without notice next time Dave needs to save money. Hard work, dedication, seniority or commitment to the students or school mean nothing to this company. You are nothing but an expense to them that needs to be trimmed. So no, I don't care about the students or Zenith Education Group because they don't care about me and my family.
This is the kind of behavior that destroys it for the ones that want to see our environment succeed. If you are truly unhappy, why don't you leave?

Unfortunately, it is the survival of the fittest. There is no loyalty with Zenith.
I don't know about you 027, but I work for a paycheck. Zenith has embedded that feeling in everyone that's left. It's not about the students anymore, it's about survival. It's kinda hard to care about the students or the company when you are just going through the motions waiting for your number to be called.
The students? Who cares. All we care is our paycheck. Look at our leaders and you will understand.
Does it matter when? If you are truly concerned about those students, then that's where your focus should be.
