this week i, along with 30 other drivers was given a call to come back and deliver for what they are saying might be permanently...Turns out the courier couldnt handle the volume and now karma has reared its ugly head to bite Ron right in the ass!! Also recieved word that other sdos nationwide will be callin back drivers including dallas and another in florida! We ahould demand a raise immediately!!!!

Staples drivers need to go union. Drivers should be making $24.00 - $ 26.00 a hour
They called back the drivers in Atlanta only 16 routes for now. They stated that they will have all 52 routes back in 6 months. Lol

Houston and Dallas are staying open for a while more i believe. Phoenix is sending out 10 of our newer trucks out there by next week.

Legal is all over the teamster threats. Leave the company and join forces with the competitors. It's not worth fighting a losing battle. Staples is sinking slowly.
Ontrac been asking for help for the past month here in Phoenix .. Can't handle all the fraight.. It's only going to get worse next week when all staples packages is going thru them... Ontrac drivers aren't too happy w all the heavy cases of paper.
I am skeptic that they will keep ope. If they shut down the southern California location they will close the houston ones down.
Im so happy I found employment else where. Staples can keep there job.
Shut down the fleet, another quality decision by Ron and his Ass Leaches, much like the one to purchase some all electric trucks and put them in select cities and call yourselves a green company. I'm sure YOU are still reaping the profits from that move.
