Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Tampa Area, No shade intended. I Just wanted to Post some other Job options glassdoor list them from 38k-70k. Position from entry level to mid.

Hello people in Florida who were laid off. I just wanted to list a couple of job options in the area. If you do not like them or have better company please just post the company website no hate speech or negative comments. Some of the companies have a variety of entry level to more mid-level management. Search through them and if anything is a match for you then apply. I know this is a layoff forum so if most viewer are laid off then a reasonable mind will conclude an employment opportunity is a more sensible option then hate speech. Good luck to everyone.

A word of encouragement based on my personal experience...... I have not looked at all the postings, but you may want to consider that this is a good time to look seriously at a different industry. Many of you have transferable skills that will work well outside of education (and frequently pay better....). Career Services and Admissions can go into private sector sales and recruiting. FA folks can look at lending institutions. Most larger organizations have training/HR groups that are a potential match for instructors. I left a Career Services /AE scenario and realized an immediate 50% increase in base - plus commissions - at an ethical, well-run IT services company. Ironic as it may sound, you may want to connect with current/former Career Services folks and discuss a search strategy. Good luck, Vaya con Dios
