He seems like a nice enough of a guy but it's pretty tough going through his learning curve with him. It's coming at the cost of losing excellent employees who stuck it out just to get RIF'd today. He's losing faith amongst the flock and its been all talk and no demonstrative care or concern for the staff and faculty at the campuses. We are just (replaceable) cogs in a wheel. Those of us who have worked at the campuses for sometime know it's hard to replace good, ethical and caring employees. P.S. From the campus perspective, good choices on the elimination of those at the executive and retainment of those still standing.

Have faith in yourself and just move on.
Do not have faith in Dave Hawn or anyone at Zenith.
