I completely understand how ppl can feel bitter. Trust, this too shall pass. I feel I've completed the grieving/healing process, but today I realized I'm not done.
Regan frequents my new jobs office . . .I've seen him several times and have noticed on at least one occasion he seemed to recognize me but couldn't place me. Today , it clicked! I could see it in his eyes. . .he immediately looked away. This after weeks of politie grins when passing. THIS after serving me with legal docs to speak on NOVs behalf in a racial descrimination suit - the audacity of these pompous pricks! Its industry wide I get that. But even I offer words of encouragement to the employees (former/currentand known/unknown to me) I see in public. Keep ur head up! I've been thru it. But reactions like the one I got today completely reinforce why your being sued in the first damn place. . .maybe it was because I'm black?
Point of this rant: be careful of how you treat ppl. U'll meet the same ones on ur way down and u may need their help one day!
