You're confusing a severance with the 60 day notice. Less than 1000 total and less than 100 per campus were laid off so a 60 day notice is not required. All benefits end the end of this month. At least I got the 60 days of full pay and benefits plus unemployment while looking for a new job. Sucks to be you.
Everyone who left in our campus got a severance. You are full of shit, "husband of a RIF'd employee", if that is your real name. Maybe she is keeping the money from you so she can leave your sorry ass.

My wife just got laid off with 15 others at her campus. She stuck it out through the bad times and now leaves with no severance after 10 years. All the asses that destroyed the school left when thousands of dollars in severance. So my words to you are you are a dumb f***.
Everyone should be laid off and Zenith Education Group should shut down. It is nothing more than a fraudulent company hurting many employees and students alike.

Not sure why you would have such a hateful hope.....there are real lives involved. Sure, if it has to be done in order to provide a better service to the students, then so be it. If it is being done to Fatten the pockets of the remaining, not okay. Good Luck to all who are in it for all the right reasons. No matter what, if you believe in what you do and Why you do it, a new chapter, there or not, will prove to be better in the long run.
